    All orders are packed and shipped directly by Alannah Roberts from Australia.

    For in-stock items, orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days.

    Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

    Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, postal services, and peak periods.

  • Preorders

    Preorder items are scheduled to be fulfilled up to 5 business days prior to the official release date, with the intention of delivery on or shortly after release day.

    If delays occur, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

  • United States & United Kingdom

    Unless clearly marked as US/UK–only, items are shipped from Australia. As a result, international shipping costs may be higher.

    To offer more affordable shipping options, select titles are printed and shipped directly from partner printers in the US and UK. Please note the following conditions apply to these orders:

    • Books shipped via US/UK printers cannot be signed
    • These orders cannot be bundled with other items from the store
    • If additional items are purchased alongside a US/UK-printed book, non-eligible items will be cancelled and refunded, and only the book will be fulfilled

    If you would like a bookplate, please contact us and one will be sent to you at no additional cost.

  • Europe

    At this time, we are unable to ship directly to Europe due to GPSR regulations.

    Selected titles may be available via third-party retailers such as Waterstones. These copies will not be signed.

    If you purchase through a third-party retailer and would like a bookplate, please contact us and we will happily send one at no cost.

  • Refunds & Returns

    In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

    • Deciding you no longer want the item
    • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
    • Incorrect selection or no longer having use for the item
    • Damage caused by misuse
    • Being aware of a fault prior to purchase
    • Requesting a service or product against our advice
  • Consumer Guarantee

    You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if an item has a major fault, including if it:

    • Is unsafe
    • Is significantly different from the description or sample
    • Has a defect that would have stopped someone from purchasing it
    • Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do and cannot be easily fixed

    Items That Qualify as Damaged

    • Ripped or bent pages
    • Dents or crushed edges larger than 1 cm
    • Tears or scratches on covers larger than 1 cm
    • Residue or marks on covers or spine that cannot be removed


    Items That Do Not Qualify as Damaged

    • Minor spine creasing
    • Light scratches or small marks
    • Slight wear to corners from handling or shipping
